Apranga Group retail turnover in June 2006
The retail chain turnover of Apranga Group, the leader of retail
apparel market, made LTL 20221 thousand (EUR 5856.4 thousand) in
June 2006 increasing by 52.8% comparing to the same period last
year (LTL 13233 thousand or EUR 3832.5 thousand). It’s the fastest
growth rate in company’s history.
Retail turnover of Apranga Group in 1st half 2006 has made LTL
120010 thousand (EUR 34757 thousand), or 43% more than during the
same period last year.
The turnover in retail network of Apranga Group in 1st half 2006
has increased by 40.3% in Lithuania, 55.8% in Latvia, and 31.7%
in Estonia.
Consolidated unaudited profit before taxes of the Apranga Group
in January through May 2006 was LTL 5051 thousand (EUR 1463
thousand), or 4.4 times more than in January through May 2005
(LTL 1146 thousand or EUR 332 thousand).
In June 2006 Apranga has closed “Aprangos galerija” shop in Kaunas
Laisves Avenue. New “Hugo Boss” shop will open there after
reconstruction.
